I am a trauma-informed advocate, educator, and program developer committed to supporting healing at both the individual and community level.
My work is rooted in lived experience, mental health awareness, and an Afrikan-centered understanding of healing as interconnected—mind, body, spirit, and community. I guide individuals and communities in reconnecting to themselves by bridging emotional awareness, nervous system regulation, and culturally grounded healing practices that lead to real-world transformation.
Healing is not separate from life. It is holistic, lived, and interconnected. It requires attention to:
The Body: The Living Vessel
The body carries memory - both lived and inherited. Healing the body means restoring safety, rhythm, and connection within.
The Mind: Conscious Awareness
The mind shapes meaning. Healing the mind means reclaiming the truth, unlearning harmful conditioning, and restoring clarity rooted in self-knowing.
The Environment: Community + Collective
We do not heal in isolation. "I am because we are." Healing the environment means creating safer spaces, restoring community care, and addressing systems that impact well-being.
The Spirit: Ancestral + Inner Knowing
Healing the spirit means remembering who you are beyond survival, honoring ancestral wisdom, and moving in alignment with truth.
Integrated Healing: Sustainable Healing
Water2Spirit integrates these elements into a grounded, practical approach that meets people where they are—supporting real and lasting healing.
Many people are navigating trauma without the language, support, or resources to understand their experiences.
This often shows up as:

This work bridges personal healing and collective transformation—supporting individuals while also influencing the systems that shape their lives.
To support individuals and communities in healing from trauma, restoring connection, and building pathways toward clarity, stability, and empowered living—while honoring cultural knowledge, lived experience, and collective care.
We uplift and center survivor voices through trauma-informed spaces and intentional community partnerships—transforming lived experience into collective healing and empowerment.
We guide lived experiences toward community allies and decision-makers—supporting the development of safer, trauma-informed systems rooted in accountability and care.
We honor lived experience and cultural wisdom, supporting individuals in reclaiming agency, rising from trauma, and building collective strength.
Through mind–body practices, we support the nervous system in softening, patterns in shifting, and resilience in rising—restoring balance and connection within.
